WE RESTORE CLASSIC HOMES TO HELP WISHARD RESTORE LIVES

Founded in 1907, St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild is a volunteer organization committed to raising funds for the services and programs of Wishard Health Services whose mission is to advocate, care, teach, and serve, with special emphasis on the vulnerable populations of Marion County.

For the 48th consecutive year, the Guild is pleased to sponsor the Decorators’ Show House & Gardens as its major fundraising project.

Each year Guild members, designers, landscape architects, financial sponsors, and donors of in-kind services volunteer their time, talents, goods, and monies to raise funds to help others. Typically, a homeowner will agree to move into temporary housing while his home is redecorated. Before the redecorating is begun, the house is available for public viewing during Preview Tours in early February. After Preview Tours the designers and landscapers start to work. By late April the Show House is ready for viewing; thus, the springtime tradition of the Decorators' Show House & Gardens in Indianapolis continues for yet another year.

Over the years, the Guild has raised more than 9 million dollars for Wishard Health Services. From the St. Margaret's Center for Palliative Care, an End of Life Project, and the EMBRACE program, to name just a few of our joint projects. St. Margaret's and Wishard have worked together to provide services to others. We thank you for your support in our work and we hope you enjoy this year's Show House.
